Happy Almost Spring!

 

Looks like we are going to experience another mild winter. Spring is just around the corner which means community inspections will be starting soon. Please take the time to do an exterior inspection on your home and property. Trim bushes, mulch/clean up flower beds, power wash siding, a fresh coat of paint on house trim, window trim or even your garage or house doors! Small projects like this can help with the life span of materials as well as boost your property value which helps keep Hampshire looking its best! If you want to make changing to the exterior of your home, please be sure to fill out an exterior alteration application (this includes but is not limited to paint colors, tree removal, decks, fences, etc.)

 

Please take advantage of the events the community has to offer on the calendar and join the fun! Participation from you and your neighbors is what helps keep these events active and helps to maintain a friendly safe neighborhood.
