Meetings: Board of Directors meetings are 7:00 pm on the first Wednesday of every month except August. They are held at the Hampshire Neighborhood Center.
Membership IDs: Membership IDs are required to participate in most Hampshire Neighborhood events. To obtain an ID, please bring your family to the Hampshire Community Center office, along with a photo ID and proof of residency. Tenants should have their landlord complete the form provided with the assessment invoice. Once you have your cards, they are automatically renewed when the annual assessments are paid in full. There are no stickers, and there is no need to come back in. A yearly update form is required and cross-referenced to ensure only current tenants/residents are allowed access to the pool and activities.
If you lose your card, there is a reissue fee of $5 per card
Assessment payments: Please ensure payment is made payable to the intended Association (i.e. HNA or Hampshire Woods Townhomes) and mailed to P.O. Box 638, LaPlata, MD 20646.
Recycle Totes/Trash Cans: Please remember to store your recycle totes and trash cans out of view on non-pickup days.
