Formed in 1984, to provide for and to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of the owners of property in the Hampshire Neighborhood, the association consists of a mixture of over 1,756 single family homes, townhomes (Hampshire Woods, Deerwood and Oakwood) and apartments. The amenities include a neighborhood center, pool, playgrounds, tennis courts and miles of walking trails.

2025 Scholarship Applications are HERE!
High School Seniors this is your time to start preparing for college!
Hampshire Neighborhood is offering two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,250 each.
Westlake Village Council is offering five (5) scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each.
Deadline to have these applications turned in is April 1st at 12:00pm.
